Acupuncture

By integrating Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, Cupping Therapy and Tui Na (body work) we address healing the patient from with in, focusing on the root and not the symptoms. Through a personalized intake we learn the imbalances in your body and work toward creating balance and improving health.

Facial Rejuvination

Facial acupuncture is a natural, holistic treatment that uses fine needles to stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, and enhance skin tone. It helps reduce wrinkles, lift sagging skin, and promote a radiant, youthful complexion while supporting overall wellness.

Massage therapy is a process of listening, understanding, and facilitating and our approach is always guided by your needs as we work together towards your goals.

Nutrition

Food cleanses, heals and nourishes the body and mind to function at its' best. I have seen firsthand: women become pregnant who were struggling to conceive, liver regeneration, immune systems strengthen, and overall thriving health. I specialize in women's health, fertility, weight loss, autoimmune/immune support, and overall diet and lifestyle transformation.

Yoga

Yoga is deep self-care; it encourages the body to relax, to let go of what needs letting go. The body will gain strength, more stability, and flexibility. The mind will calm and unwind. The heart and soul will soften and open. You will prosper, you will thrive, you will be nourished.

CranioSacral Therapy

Blending CranioSacral Therapy & Visceral Manipulation I can evaluate, identify source of health and movement problems and effectively treat the body as a whole.

Reiki

Reiki is a simple and gentle non-invasive method of hands-on energy transfer to balance the mind-body-spirit. Energy flows from the hands of the Reiki practitioner into the cells of the person being treated, re-establishing balance and harmony on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual planes so the natural function is restored through harmonizing and optimizing body/mind processes.

Demetra Adams

Demetra is a Reiki Master teacher and practitioner, musical artist and yoga teacher. Trained in the Usui Method of Natural Healing, her Reiki practice includes treating private clients (both in person and via distance healing worldwide), leading healing circles and offering trainings.
